Kamarjani union at a glance

Kamarjani union is a river organized union. At one time there were numerous canals and billions of people in this union. There were more number of blacks in this union. The local people used to go to Kamar's house on the banks of the Jana and it is known that the name of the name was "Kamarjani".

The Kamarjani Union, a traditional area of ​​the upazila, is situated on the banks of Brahmaputra river. Kamarjani union education, culture, religious rituals, sports and its own autonomous fields in various fields, from today even till today, the Kamarjani Port was once known as the 2nd largest river port of North Bengal in the whole country.
